Hotel information

There are many hotels within walking distance (<15 mins) from the conference venue. Arcadia Elite is the closest one from KTH but there are plenty of other hotels nearby (for example, Scandic Park near Humlegården). One can use the usual services (booking.com, AirBnb, hotels.com, etc). The public transportation in Stockholm is excellent, so staying at a hotel outside of the walking distance to the venue is feasible.

We recommend booking a hotel as soon as possible, since the tourist season can become quite busy in the summer. If you'd like to stay in Stockholm longer, we recommend coming before HALG rather than after (hotel availability seems to be limited for after). Please note that June 6th (Saturday) is the National Day of Sweden - we recommend you check out the celebratory events at Skansen.
